Humblebrag: Board President, PDA North America

I’m deeply honored to step into the role of President of the Board at PDA North America.

This organization has grown exponentially over the past several years—expanding its reach, deepening its impact, and staying fiercely grounded in community. I’m grateful for Diane Gould's vision and stewardship, and look forward to partnering with and standing beside her. And of course excited to help build on that foundation as we continue growing our capacity to meet an extraordinary mission. This is where my background in non-profits and politics merges with my clinical career to further the world of mental health. We build the world we want to live in and I look forward to the continued opportunity to do that.

PDA North America exists to advocate for, educate, and support autistic PDA individuals, people who identify with PDA, their families, and the professionals who walk alongside them.

Their vision is bold and deeply needed: to increase awareness of PDA across the U.S. and Canada; to create meaningful, accessible resources for families seeking guidance and support; to equip professionals with the training and understanding necessary to work effectively and compassionately with PDAers; and most importantly, to ensure that PDAers know they are understood, validated, and not alone.

At its core, this work is about building a strong, vibrant, and connected community for an underserved population—and I’m profoundly grateful to be part of shaping what comes next.
